The Annual General Meeting of the Melbourne Cricket Club Bowls Section Incorporated will be held at the Swinburne Avenue pavilion, on Wednesday 4th May 2016, at 7:00pm.
As nominations received are equal to positions available there will be no election for Chairman, Secretary and Treasurer. An election for general Committee positions will be held from 6:00pm to 7:00pm Wednesday 4th May 2016.
Proxy Votes are available in accordance with Rule 20.4 of the Constitution of the Melbourne Cricket Club Bowls Section Inc.

Proxy Appointments may be obtained from the Honorary Secretary and must be returned to the Honorary Secretary no later than 7:00pm on Tuesday 3rd May 2016
