Shirt & Snag night

Following on from the presentation of the shirts, we will have a “Shirt and Snag” night, where pennant players can collect their one complementary new shirt from 4-7pm, Thursday 11th September.   A sausage sizzle will be provided and drinks at bar prices.

New surface at Glen St

Chairman, Greens Director and few others today tested out the new green at Glen St in chilly conditions.  It rolled beautifully, despite the chill the sun was out and everyone enjoyed playing on the new surface. New shirts coming

The Uniform Subcommittee and Section Committee has approved a new shirt design for the upcoming season. Advice will be emailed out shortly on how to select a size (sample sizes will be provided).  The design will be unveiled later this year every member who played pennant last year will receive a complementary shirt.

MCC Back To Back Winners Of Bowls World Pennant


MCC1 has been successful in defending the trophy for the Wednesday evening competition conducted by Bowls World. MCC has won this trophy for 3 consecutive years. Our second team were unable to defend their trophy, losing in the semi finals. Congratulations to everyone involved.

Commiserations to MCC4, which was valiant in defeat today in the Division 5 final at Glen Waverley. Our side went down by a mere 2 shots to Bentleigh who completed the pennant season undefeated.
